The Harrogate Festival Chorus and Orchestra will perform Rachmaninov's Bogoroditse Devo, Finzi’s Magnificat and Rossini’s Stabat Mater in the Abbey Church of Ampleforth Abbey on Thursday August 22nd at 7.30pm. Our soloists will be Paula Sides (soprano), Julianne Jennings (mezzo), Nicholas Watts (tenor) and Paul Gibson (bass).

"This was without doubt the best holiday I have ever had with so much wonderful music and friendship"

Our evening entertainment on Tuesday is entitled 'Ample Talent' and will feature a range of highly individual, and often extremely humorous, performances by course delegates. This has become a hugely popular and entertaining aspect of the course and provides an enjoyable means of relaxing after a day's rehearsals.

On Wednesday, at The Windmill (Ampleforth's own holstery), we shall present, for your enjoyment, 'Drink, Drink, Drink!', a wonderful evening of music, with solos and duets performed by our staff team and soloists, as well as some rousing chorus numbers involving the whole company.
