Ashville College and Harrogate Information
Ashville College

Ashville College is an independent day and boarding school for girls and boys aged 4-18 years which was founded in 1877 by the Methodist Church.
The school is easy to reach by road and rail, with Harrogate railway station within two miles. Transport can be arranged from the station for those who arrive by train.
Rehearsals will be held in the Soothill Hall and the Memorial Hall. Both have excellent acoustics and the Soothill Hall is ideal for full choir rehearsals with raked seating for over 500 people.
Residential accommodation will be in four boarding houses across the school's campus. Accommodation is available in single and twin rooms. Larger rooms are also available for delegates who come as a family.
Each boarding house has a common room which can be used by Harrogate Festival Choral Course members and the dining room will be available after evening rehearsals to enable all singers to relax and unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
All meals and morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks will be taken in the dining room. The school also has excellent sports facilities, which will be available to singers, including tennis courts, the sports hall and swimming pool.
Ashville College can be found on Green Lane, Harrogate, HG2 9JP.
