'Welcome Yule!' at The Eltermere

We are delighted to announce that our third 'Welcome Yule!' course will be held from Friday November 26th to Sunday November 28th 2010 at The Eltermere Inn in Elterwater. Our first two have been so well received and the weekend seems to have quickly established itself as a great way to begin the countdown to Christmas.

This wonderful hotel sits in spectacular scenery at the gateway to the Langdale Valley in the centre of the Lake District National Park and has recently undergone a major programme of refurbishment. Have a look at the hotel's website to see what it has to offer. (www.eltermere.co.uk).

In 2010 course tutors, Lynn Hudson and Thom Meredith, will lead a weekend of choral singing, appropriate to Advent and the start of the festive season, culminating in a concert in 'The Church of the Langdales', Chapel Stile. John Dunford will be with us as accompanist.

Residential places are available at a cost of £250 (add on £40 for single occupancy of a double room) and singers may attend on a non-residential basis at a cost of £175 (including Friday and Saturday dinners and Sunday tea) or £150 (Saturday dinner and Sunday tea). Single rooms within the hotel are extremely limited so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like one.
